Hunterganj (Chatra): BJP is misleading people in the name of caste and religion and using it to stay in power, stated Tejashwi Yadav, former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar, while addressing a public meeting at the playground of Ramnarayan Plus Two High School in Hunterganj block headquarters.
He further accused BJP of attempting to destabilize governments when they lack public support, alleging they tried similar tactics in Jharkhand by attempting to buy off MLAs but failed.
In Bihar, he said, “They even hijacked the Chief Minister.” Tejashwi claimed that when BJP could not bring down the Jharkhand government, they tried to imprison CM Hemant Soren through a conspiracy. “Though BJP was unsuccessful in Jharkhand, they managed to hijack the Chief Minister in Bihar.”
Tejashwi Yadav stated that his father, Lalu Yadav, shed his blood fighting to drive BJP away, and if Lalu didn’t fear BJP, then his son wouldn’t either. He urged voters to support RJD candidate Rashmi Prakash from Chatra constituency.
Regarding employment, he declared that if the Grand Alliance forms a government in Jharkhand, they will provide jobs to 1 million youth. Tejashwi humorously added, “We’ll give you jobs, which will lead to good marriages, children, and joy in families.”
Other leaders who addressed the rally included Minister Satyanand Bhogta, VIP national president Mukesh Sahni, Gautam Sagar Rana, Vinod Yadav, and candidate Rashmi Prakash, showcasing unity in the Grand Alliance.
It’s worth noting that Tejashwi was also scheduled to address a gathering in Gidhaur, Chatra, but was unable to attend and addressed the public online instead.
