In Dhenukdih Ground of Kundhit Block, Jamtara District, BJP organized a Sankalp Sabha (Resolution Meeting), attended by BJP’s National President JP Nadda. During the election campaign in support of BJP candidate Madhav Chandra Mahato, JP Nadda strongly criticized the JMM, Congress, and RJD parties. He stated that PM Modi has worked for the upliftment of tribal communities.
PM Modi’s Work for Tribals
JP Nadda claimed that JMM, Congress, and RJD are all involved in corruption and promote dynastic politics. According to him, these parties cannot ensure the country’s welfare. PM Modi, he said, has worked to integrate tribal communities into the mainstream. Modi has left no stone unturned for Jharkhand’s development, creating new pathways for the welfare of the poor, women, tribals, and farmers.
Law to Curb Infiltration in Jharkhand
Nadda highlighted the increasing infiltration in Jharkhand, alleging that infiltrators are creating voter IDs and Aadhaar cards to enjoy local benefits, with support from the Hemant Soren government. He promised that, if BJP forms the government, they would enact a law to prevent infiltrators from grabbing tribal lands and remove them from the state.
India Emerging as a Global Power
Nadda praised India’s economic growth, stating that under PM Modi’s leadership, India’s economy has risen from 91st to 5th place globally. He noted the country’s achievements in infrastructure, with 91% of national highways being constructed.
Promise of 10 New Medical Colleges
Five medical colleges have already been established in Jharkhand, and Nadda pledged to open 10 more if BJP comes to power. He mentioned the construction of AIIMS in Deoghar, which would eliminate the need to travel to Delhi for treatment.
Gogo Didi Scheme to Be Approved in First Cabinet Meeting
Discussing the Gogo Didi Scheme, Nadda promised that after winning the elections, the first cabinet meeting would approve the plan to provide ₹2,100 per month directly to women’s bank accounts.
Increase in Social Security Pensions
If BJP forms the government, Nadda assured, social security pensions would increase from ₹1,000 to ₹2,500. Additionally, farmers would receive a minimum support price of ₹3,100 per quintal for paddy.
Allegations Against CM Hemant Soren
Nadda accused CM Hemant Soren of corruption, claiming a ₹4,000 crore scam and a ₹236 crore land scam, which led to his jail time. He mentioned that Soren is currently out on bail and still faces charges related to the land scam.
