Now Chief Minister Eknath Shinde has replied to Uddhav Thackeray. “Shouldn’t we come to the hall to say goodbye? Or will you say goodbye from Facebook Live?”, Chief Minister Shinde has warned. He was speaking at a press conference held on the eve of the convention.
What did Chief Minister Shinde say?
“This is the last session in this five-year period. So we thought that the opposition would discuss. Will come for tea. However, he gave a letter. It also says the same thing. So we are ready to speak and answer in the hall. But not the opposition. They just come and say lie but lie. The opposition is confused. They may have puffed their chests in front of you and said that the Grand Alliance did not succeed in the Lok Sabha, so the ruling party will make empty promises. Now the opposition is fighting for the defeat of Narendra Modi . A false narrative was set up that the constitution would be changed. He said that the reservation will go. They may have got momentary happiness in this. However, finally Modi became the Prime Minister”, Chief Minister Shinde attacked the opposition.
Shinde further said, “Congress got only 99 seats despite all the efforts of the opposition. That means 40, 50 now 99 in three terms. So now it will take you 25 years to swim to 240. What happened after all this? Finally, Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister. So Modi won and India Aghadi lost. Even so, some of our people are horse-dancing at the expense of others. The opposition has done the work of throwing Mumbai into stone”, said Chief Minister Shinde.

Chief Minister Shinde further said, “Where has self-respect gone? If you had self respect, you would not have mortgaged in 2019. We made the government in the mind of the people. Today people gave us more votes than them. Opponent’s strike rate is 42 percent while our strike rate is 47 percent. I say this boldly. People do not vote for those sitting at home. People vote for those who work in the field. Some people said that this is a farewell convention. Shouldn’t we come to the auditorium to say goodbye? Or send a message from Facebook Live? The people decide whether to say goodbye or not”, said Chief Minister Eknath Shinde to Uddhav Thackeray .
