Registration of names for Chief Minister Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana has started from Maharashtra. However, MLA Amol Mitkari of Ajit Pawar group has claimed that malpractice is going on for this scheme. He gave this information by tweeting today.
“The rush of women to qualify for the Ladki Bahin Yojana announced by the state government in the budget is unending in Maharashtra. Taking advantage of this rush, agents have been released at Setu Kendra by the opposition. Talathi office is charging Rs 20, Mahaseva Kendra is charging Rs 150 to 200 per person”, Amol Mitkari has made a serious claim.
Ajit Pawar, Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister of the state , announced that many women-centric schemes will be launched during the state’s economic survey report . Accordingly, Chief Minister Majhi Ladki Baheen Yojana has also been introduced. Under this scheme, women in the age group of 21 to 60 will be given Rs. 1500 per month. Registration of names to apply for this scheme has started from 1st July. But, due to the criteria in the scheme, women are facing difficulties in filling the application.

Eligible women between the age of 21 to 60 years will be given Rs. About one crore women will benefit from this and the scheme will be implemented from July. For this, the financial burden of 46 thousand crore rupees per year will fall on the government. Applications for this scheme have started from 1st July.
This scheme has started from 1st July and applications will be collected till 15th July. At this time, the District Collector gave clear instructions that everyone should give the highest priority to complete this work. An application form is being made available up to Gram Panchayat level to avail this scheme. Women who have completed 21 years of age and those who have not completed 60 years of age have to submit these applications to the Anganwadi Sevaks.
