Krunal wrote in an Instagram post, ‘It’s been almost 10 years since Hardik and I started playing competitive cricket. The past few days have been a dream for us. Like other Indians, I dreamed of winning the World Cup, the Indian team made it a reality. My brother was part of the World Cup winning team. He played a decisive role in the final. I am very proud of Hardik’.

India won the World Cup – this is the most important thing for Hardik and for all of us. He has been playing since the sixth year. His dream was to play for India and win the World Cup. He has stubbornly made this dream a reality by going through a bumpy road.
“I have to say to the critics of Hardik that he has reached unbelievable heights in a very short span of time. His loyalty to the Indian team is unwavering. Hardik has often faced extreme criticism and trolling in his career. People have eliminated him easily. But this did not affect his concentration. He has responded well to the critics with his game’.
