Earlier also he was seen doing this kind of torture by some people, this time he recorded this video as evidence and the incident came to light. According to the information given on the Instagram page, this person had been abusing these dogs continuously for the past several months. At the start of the video, the pervert makes street dogs lie on their backs and then runs his hands over their stomachs and private parts, causing the dogs to try to stand up, but the man forces them to lie down with his other hand.
In another clip, the same man is seen sitting outside his house where he can be seen touching the dogs inappropriately with his hands, while another clip shows the man bending down and trying to touch the dogs’ private parts with his hands.
