Dhanbad: The public is now tired of Hemant Soren’s government in the state, which is running on corruption and looting. Infiltrators are becoming dominant in the state, and a wind of change is blowing in Jharkhand. To address this, the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) “Parivartan Rally” for the Dhanbad division is set to begin on September 20.
These statements were made by BJP state spokesperson Vijay Chaurasia at the Circuit House. He mentioned that the Parivartan Rally for the Dhanbad division will run from September 20 to September 26. In addition to Dhanbad and Giridih, Bokaro district is also included. The rally will commence from Jharkhand Dham in Giridih on September 20.
Union Home Minister Amit Shah will inaugurate the event at Jharkhand Dham, and state president Babulal Marandi will also be present. District president Shravan Rai, Manas Prasun, Anand Chaurasia, Pankaj Sinha, Milton Parth Sarathi, Satyendra Kumar, and others were also in attendance.

Starting from Jharkhand Dham, the rally will cover 690 kilometers, reaching Dhanbad on September 26. The rally will touch 14 assembly constituencies and pass through 30 blocks. During the journey, there will be two major gatherings and six smaller meetings, with more than 18 roadshows planned.

“Raja Rani” Government in Jharkhand
Chaurasia commented that Jharkhand is currently ruled by a “Raja-Rani” government, indifferent to the issue of infiltration. He criticized the state government’s affidavit in the High Court, which denied the occurrence of infiltration, despite the changing geography in regions like Santhal Pargana.
He emphasized that while the BJP does not seek credit, it is willing to support Hemant Soren in tackling infiltration, but the government remains unresponsive.
Chaurasia also expressed concern over the situation in Pakur, where locals are forced to live under police protection due to the worsening conditions.
Disciplinary Action in Dhanbad
When asked about internal party discipline, Chaurasia stated that some party members in Dhanbad had violated party rules recently. Any form of indiscipline will not be tolerated, and the party is monitoring such individuals, with action to be taken if necessary. He also condemned the incident of a fight during a ticket selection process in Dhanbad and assured that action will be taken soon.
