Seraikela: People are being brought to Jharkhand from Chhattisgarh and Assam, and the BJP is patting itself on the back. They’ve set up a money-printing machine and want to take over the entire country with the power of money. These remarks were made by Chief Minister Hemant Soren while addressing a gathering at the cashew orchard in Dobo, located in Seraikela-Kharsawan district.
He stated that due to commission scams in the medical field, vaccines were administered during the COVID-19 pandemic that people abroad were refusing. Now, people are even dying from common colds and coughs. Who knows what kind of vaccine was given during the pandemic, as people are dying daily because of it. He added that they have been trying to intimidate him with the CBI and ED. The time has come to teach a lesson to those who form governments with money.
Jharkhand Will Emerge as a Prosperous State
He said that now even the outstanding electricity bills have been waived, and 200 units of electricity are free. In the coming times, Jharkhand will emerge as a prosperous state.
Ministers Ramdas Soren, Deepak Birua, Banna Gupta, and Satyanand Bhokta also addressed the gathering. Before the speeches, the guests on the stage were welcomed with floral bouquets and ceremonial shawls. The program began with the lighting of the lamp by the Chief Minister and other dignitaries.
Chief Minister Began His Address with “Jai Johar”
As soon as the Chief Minister came on stage, he greeted the crowd with a loud “Johar,” to which the thousands of people responded enthusiastically.
During the distribution of assets, the Chief Minister personally interacted with the beneficiaries. He even had one-on-one conversations with those sitting near the stage. He spoke with beneficiaries from Manoharpur and East Singhbhum and inquired about the benefits being provided by the Jharkhand government, checking whether these benefits were reaching the villages.
Inauguration and Foundation Laying of Projects Worth Crores
From the stage, Chief Minister Hemant Soren distributed assets worth ₹472 crores, 16 lakh, and 83 thousand rupees among the beneficiaries from East Singhbhum and West Singhbhum districts. Additionally, projects worth ₹555 crores, 83 lakh, and 80 thousand rupees were inaugurated or had their foundation stones laid by pressing a button from the stage.
A special camp was also organized at the event site under the “Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar” program.
Chief Minister Arrived Two Hours Late
The Chief Minister was scheduled to reach the venue at 12:30 PM but arrived two hours late at around 2:30 PM. His supporters and the beneficiaries waited for about two hours for his arrival.
Beneficiaries Had to Walk One Kilometer
The buses were stopped near the Marine Drive bridge, and the beneficiaries were asked to walk to the event site. Thousands of beneficiaries from East and West Singhbhum walked about one kilometer to reach the venue.
