How to Download the Certificate for Har Ghar Tiranga 2024
Every year, August 15th is celebrated as Independence Day in India. This year marks the 78th Independence Day. On this occasion, the tricolor is hoisted in schools, markets, offices, and across various locations. The ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ (Household Tricolor) campaign, initiated by the central government in 2022, aims to encourage people to hoist the national flag at their homes.
On July 28, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in his ‘Mann Ki Baat’ radio program, urged the nation to celebrate the 112th edition of the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign as a national festival. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has launched the third edition of the campaign, ‘Har Ghar Tiranga 2024,’ on August 9, in honor of the 78th Independence Day.
The campaign includes various activities:
- Tricolor Yatra: From August 11 to August 13, BJP will conduct Tricolor Yatra in every Assembly Constituency.
- Memorial Day: On August 14, a silent march will be held in all districts.
- Flag Hoisting: On August 13, 14, and 15, the tricolor will be hoisted on homes and commercial establishments nationwide, turning the country into a sea of saffron, white, and green.
BJP officials, leaders, and public representatives will participate in Independence Day events, ensuring the tricolor reaches every booth across the country. Since 2022, the BJP has celebrated the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign with enthusiasm, and it is hoped that citizens will participate in large numbers again this year. Regular meetings are being held with BJP state officials, Morcha Sanghs, District Heads, and District Sanghs to prepare for the campaign.
How to Download Your ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ Certificate:
- Visit the Har Ghar Tiranga website. Click on the ‘Click to Participate’ tab on the homepage.
- Enter your name, phone number, state, and country.
- Read the pledge carefully: “I swear that I will unfurl the tricolor, honor the spirit of our freedom fighters and brave sons, and dedicate myself to the development and progress of India.”
- Click on ‘Take Pledge.’ You will be redirected to a page where you can upload your selfie with the tricolor.
- Allow the portal to use your image on the site, then click ‘Submit.’ Once done, you can click on ‘Generate Certificate’ to obtain your participation certificate for the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign.
