- Visit the Official Website: Open your browser and type http://www.uidai.gov.in in the address bar. This will take you to the official website of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), where you can access information related to your Aadhaar card.
- Retrieve Lost UID/EID: On the homepage of the UIDAI official website, locate the option ‘Retrieve Lost UID/EID’ under the ‘Aadhaar Services’ section. Click on this option. A new page will open where you can start the process to recover your lost Aadhaar card details.
- Enter Your Personal Information: You will need to provide some personal information to verify your identity, including your full name, email ID, and mobile number. Ensure that the mobile number you enter is the one registered with your Aadhaar, as an OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to this number.
