The deadline for franchisees to retain players in the squad is 31 October. Teams are allowed to have a maximum of 6 players in the squad, whose cost will be Rs.18 crores, Rs.14 crores and Rs.11 crores respectively. 18 crores for fourth retention and Rs.14 crores for fifth retention.
