Congress has now issued a whip to all MPs in the wake of this election. The Congress issued a whip and instructed all the MPs to appear in Parliament on Wednesday. But the post of Deputy Speaker of the Lok Sabha should be given to the opposition. Rajnath Singh had said yesterday that he will return the phone to Mallikarjun Kharge . But he did not call”, said Rahul Gandhi.
