The Mumbai Stock Exchange opened the trading session on Wednesday with a record performance. The Sensex has hit an all-time high. Sensex has jumped to 80,013.77 points as soon as the trading started in the morning session. At the same time, Nifty also showed its peak and started racing at the speed of Sensex by reaching 24, 291.75 points in the morning session. Therefore, an atmosphere of excitement was seen among the shareholders in the Mumbai stock market.
0.72 percent increase in Sensex!
As the stock market opened in the morning, the Sensex added 0.72 percent to 80,013.77 points. Sensex has not gone above 80000 in the history of stock market till date. At the same time Nifty50 also maintained its strength. The Nifty rallied 0.7 percent to 24,291.75 points.
Shares of HDFC Bank rose 3.5 percent
Meanwhile, today’s performance of Nifty saw share prices of HDFC Bank rise by 3.5 percent. Shares of banking, financial services and private banks also edged higher by 1.3 percent to 1.5 percent as shares of HDFC Bank jumped.
Like HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Bajaj Finance, IndusInd Bank, Bharti Airtel and Nestlé performed well. At the same time, the shares of Tata Consultancy Services i.e. TCS, Sun Pharma, Infosys, Tata Motors were seen to fall.

In the Asian markets, the stock markets in Seoul, Tokyo and Hong Kong witnessed gains. At the same time, the journey of the stock market in Shanghai was seen to be in the opposite direction. US stock markets closed on a positive trend on Tuesday. So investors are expecting good performance on Wednesday.
