Vivo V50 Camera: India’s Slimmest 6,000mAh Phone with ZEISS Lenses
Vivo V50 is set to launch in India on February 17, but unlike previous expectations, there will be no V50 Pro variant in this series. The V50 succeeds last year’s Vivo V40 and, like its predecessor, focuses heavily on portrait photography. Vivo has partnered once again with legendary German lens maker ZEISS to enhance the camera experience.
Ultra-Slim Design & Fast Charging
Vivo has already revealed several details about the V50 before its launch. The device boasts a ‘paper-thin’ design, making it India’s slimmest smartphone in the 6,000mAh battery category. The charging speed is expected to be at least 80W.
The Vivo V50 will be available in three color options:
🎨 Rose Red
🌌 Starry Night
⚙ Titanium Gray
The core design is similar to the V40, but the V50 features a quad-curved display with a 41-degree ‘golden curvature’ for a more immersive visual experience.
Vivo V50 Camera: A Powerhouse for Photography
📷 Rear Cameras:
- 50MP (Wide) with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS)
- 50MP (Ultra-Wide) with 119-degree FOV & Autofocus (also supports Macro Photography)
🤳 Front Camera:
- 50MP with 92-degree FOV & Autofocus (ideal for group selfies)
Vivo has also upgraded its signature Aura Lighting with an AI 3D Studio Algorithm, which expands light output by 100%. This feature makes the back panel glow when exposed to direct sunlight or bright light, a first in the Indian smartphone market.
Durability & Protection
The V50 is designed for enhanced durability with:
- Shield Glass Protection
- IP68 & IP69 Rating (water and dust resistance)
This means the phone can be used safely in rain and can withstand contact with wet or oily hands.
The Vivo V50 is shaping up to be a feature-packed smartphone, combining top-tier photography, ultra-slim design, and premium durability.
