State Bureau, Ranchi: With the conclusion of the second phase of voting, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has begun analyzing the equations of victory and defeat. Union Agriculture Minister and BJP’s election in-charge, Shivraj Singh Chouhan, spent the entire day on Wednesday at the state office, gathering information about the voting trends in various areas.
Additionally, the state leadership of the BJP has directed all its constituency in-charges to submit reports from their regions. These reports are expected to include details about the potential outcomes, areas where they performed well, and areas needing improvement.
The BJP’s state leadership is hopeful that their extensive election campaign will result in the formation of a government in the state. On Wednesday, all senior BJP leaders arrived in Ranchi. A BJP core committee meeting is likely to be held at the state office on Thursday, where possible election outcomes will be discussed. The BJP is particularly optimistic about its performance in Santhal Pargana during the second phase of voting.
Party workers gather to watch exit polls after voting
As soon as the second phase of voting ended, BJP workers gathered at the state office to watch the results of exit polls on television. The initial data indicated the possibility of an NDA government, creating an atmosphere of excitement among the party workers. State Organization Secretary Karmveer Singh and other leaders were also seen watching the exit poll results.
On this occasion, BJP leader Rakesh Bhaskar stated that the people have shown trust in the policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He added that all state leaders worked tirelessly under the guidance of Election In-charge Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, ensuring that the BJP is poised to form the government in the state.
Reacting to the exit polls, Jharkhand BJP President Babulal Marandi expressed his gratitude to the voters of Jharkhand. He said, “On behalf of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Jharkhand, I extend my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all voters for casting their valuable votes. Your every precious vote is going to uproot the incompetent government of Hemant Soren and pave the way for an NDA government led by the BJP in the state.”
