After all the strategies and efforts on the electoral battlefield, the final and decisive battle will now take place in the counting hall. The Congress party has completed its preparations for this. Candidates and counting agents have been instructed to remain vigilant. They have been directed to closely monitor everything from the arrival of EVMs in the counting hall to the tallying of votes. Along with providing candidates with all minor and major updates, they have also been asked to raise complaints with the Election Commission whenever necessary.
Before the election results, Congress’s internal report is predicting the formation of the Mahagathbandhan (Grand Alliance) government. This is why the party has urged its candidates and senior leaders to remain fully alert. On the other hand, the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) report also anticipates their return to power.

The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) appears to be benefiting from the elections after many years, and the Left parties are also likely to win more seats this time. RJD’s report indicates a victory on at least three seats. As a result, Mahagathbandhan strategists seem confident about a clear path to victory. While JMM claims a significant win margin, Congress leaders also remain optimistic about the outcome.

Regarding the Assembly election results, it is being said that JLKAM candidates performed well across the state. Several Congress leaders have acknowledged this, but they assert that the “scissor” symbol (JLKAM) caused varying degrees of harm to different parties in different regions. However, in most cases, it inflicted more damage on the BJP.
People voted based on the work done by the Hemant government: Kalpana Soren
Kalpana Soren, wife of Hemant Soren and the JMM candidate from Gandey constituency, stated that the people of the state voted for Hemant Soren and the Mahagathbandhan based on their work. According to her, the results of both the first and second phases of the elections make it evident that the people are set to re-elect the Mahagathbandhan government in Jharkhand. She emphasized that voters from all sections of society supported them, particularly women, who strengthened the government and the alliance under Hemant Soren’s leadership.
